PR practitioners do more than just being a go-between journalists and the Organization. Though Public relations officers need services of the media more than anything, they are supposed to do more tasks besides getting a media story.PR practitioners continue to be assigned mainly media management tasks which is wrong. You can not measure PR or return on investment by the number of times an organization has appeared in the Media alone.
